Support Engineer – Branch/ Credit Union Banking
The fintech world is growing and an exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced branch or credit union banker to join the IT segment of the Financial Services industry.
This company provide support on a full suite of financial services products. The ideal candidate will come from a bank or credit union branch and understand all elements of branch banking, day to day operations, financial advice as well as an understanding of the operational requirements of running a branch.
The successful candidate will work with financial institutions across Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK, initially by way of telephone support but with opportunities for progression to installations and training.
Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve user queries- training will be provided on core products.

Maintain strong customer relationships, while managing escalated queries.

Ensuring ticketing records are updated and maintained.

Work collaboratively with Web and Tech Support Departments.

Opportunity to progress to providing training to end users- remote and onsite.
Requirements

Experience working in Bank or Credit Union branch banking.

Proven financial service problem solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in computer applications.

Strong stakeholder management experience.
